Nexus Research is a boutique agency. We are not big In terms of headcount; we find small more involving and fun. But we do have depth of experience on both the client and agency side - and the resources for national and international research. Nexus has an enduring interest and commitment to our work because the people who do the research own the business.


People -
 
Nexus has two Owner/Directors - Kerryn Waddell and Roger Crowther who are full members of the AMSRS. In addition, we have one Senior Consultant - Gerry Kelly.  In support there are two key Managers - for Field & DP and for Administration. Nexus currently has some 80+ interviewers who are IQCA accredited for CATI, F2F, CLT, B2B and/or Recruitment.  Depending upon requirements, we can also draw upon hundreds more across Australia.
Places -
 
Nexus has its offices on Hoddle Street, one of the main connections between the Eastern and Monash Freeways, which is about 3 kms to the east of Melbourne's Central Business District.  Respondents can travel to our Group Discussion facilities by bus, train to the nearby Collingwood Station or drive and park in the adjacent area.  (Email us for a quote on recruitment and venue hire).
Systems -
 
Nexus has some 20 CATI stations and email/website-based interviewing facilities, both run on the TSS system.
This, for example, enables clients to access real time results from a web survey on-line (See Internet Research ). Nexus also has the software for a range of multivariate analyses for such tasks as market segmentation, choice modelling or brand positioning.
